Thank you for taking a moment to learn about me. My name is Jeremy Woeste. I am almost 40 and live in Bismarck, North Dakota. I am happily married to a beautiful, supportive woman who is always there for me. We have 2 two young children who keep us busy and present us with challenges every day. Nothing is more important to me than my family. I am just an average guy who finally regained control of my life started living a healthy lifestyle. I enjoy outdoor recreation and spending time with my family. I workout 5-7 days a week and drink Shakeology every day. I love my new life and improved energy levels. I really appreciate being able to work out at home without the hassles and costs of a gym membership. My passion is to help people see that anything is possible, as long as they believe in themselves and are willing to commit to their goals. I believe happiness starts with a foundation of good health. If you feel good, you will also find the motivation and energy to bring about positive change in other areas of your life.

My Transformation Story

I had struggled with weight and a lack of energy for as long as I can remember. I tried to convince my myself I was living a good lifestyle, but I was only denying myself the truth. So, the scale continued to rise, my blood screenings results were depressing and I was embarrassed of how I looked in photos. I was tired of being overweight and the physical and mental pains associated with being overweight. I had headaches, and stomachaches due to my diet, and hated taking my shirt off around anyone. I feared leaving my family behind. The thought of someone else raising my kids because I didn’t maintain my health was weighing on me. I was on the wrong path, and it was time to make a change before it was too late. I knew deep down that my family deserved better from me, and I deserved to feel better myself.

In May 2012, I saw the Insanity infomercial. After weeks of excuses of why I shouldn’t try Insanity, I finally received the push I needed from my cousin and coach. I gave it a shot, after all, I had nothing to lose, and everything to gain! I was committed to taking control of my health before it is too late. My family was and always will be my motivation to be healthy. I don’t want to leave my kids without a father or my wife without a husband simply because I was too lazy to take care of my health. My family deserves nothing less than my best effort so I can be there for them when they need me most.

Through the encouragement and guidance of my coach along with an online support network, I lost 55 pounds and received my first clean bill of health in nearly 20 years. I am living proof that these programs can work for anyone! In fact, I September 2013, I was flown to NYC to film my transformation story for use in the Insanity infomercial and promotional materials.

I feel great, and love my new lifestyle. I have elevated my confidence level, and my headaches and stomachaches are gone! I have energy and a desire to stay active and healthy. I am in better shape today than when I graduated from basic training in the U.S. Army.

It’s crazy to think that I said ‘NO’ so many times to improving my life. The truth is, I was scared of change and afraid of failure. Getting caught up in my excuses almost prevented me from achieving what I never imagined possible. Who knew a simple home work out program would be a catalyst to a complete lifestyle change. It is silly now to think I almost didn’t give it a chance.

Why I Became A Coach

Through my own transformation, I realized most people would really like to improve their quality of life. Many people seem to lack the energy needed to take on everyday challenges. Most people are simply unsure of how to get started, and unaware of how easy it really can be to change their lifestyle. I assure you, our society does nothing to help this situation. This is where I come in.

My passion to help others live a healthier life is why I decided to become a coach. I am committed to helping people set “realistic” goals and achieve real results. I understand first-hand what it is like to struggle with weight, and how difficult it is to balance family, work, health, exercise and play.

As your coach, I will help you set and achieve your health and fitness goals. If you want to live a happier, healthier life, I would be honored to work with you! We will work together to create your very own success story! I am here to support you on your journey to a life you deserve to live!
